Billoz stores work sessions separately from invoices. That means you can correct the record before billing, combine several sessions on one invoice and keep the source detail behind each invoice line.

How it works
Create the client and save a default rate.
Log each work session with its date, hours and notes.
Select uninvoiced sessions and generate the client invoice.
Worked example
A designer agrees £60 per hour for a client project. They record 2.5 hours of research on Monday and 4 hours of design on Tuesday, each with a delivery note. Before invoicing, they review 6.5 hours at the agreed rate, exclude an internal admin session and create clear dated invoice lines worth £390.
Before treating a record as ready, compare it with the client agreement and its source evidence. Check the client, service period, quantity, rate, currency, tax treatment and payment terms independently. Resolve missing receipts or unclear descriptions while the work is recent. Preview the final document, confirm the intended recipient and keep the issued version in the account. After sending, record delivery, reminders and confirmed payments against the same invoice rather than rebuilding the history from email or chat.
